Information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, so-called “GDPR”)
I. Ownership and types of data
Pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR, Local web with headquarters in Bolzano, Piazza delle Erbe n. 47, as data controller (hereinafter referred to as “the Controller”), informs you that, through this form, it will proceed with the collection of personal data directly provided by you.
The Data Controller has designated Mr. Orjon Nallbati as its data protection officer (DPO) pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR, domiciled for the purpose of this role at the registered office and contactable at the following email address orjon.nallbati@onlawoffice.com .
II. Purpose of use
Your personal data as described above and provided by you, are collected and used for the following purposes connected and instrumental to the activity of Local Web and therefore:
- Allow the execution of the obligations under the contract, in particular, in relation to the reporting of poor service and the management of complaints from customers, by completing the form;
- Allow the processing of contact requests and/or new services, sent by the interested user by filling out the form.
For the purposes referred to in points II.1 and II.2 for the use of the data, your consent is not required.
III. Instructions for use and storage
Your data is used by electronic means and stored on electronic media or even by means of paper instruments.
IV. Scope of data circulation
In the context of the same Owner
A. The data may be used by Local web staff or by third-party companies who have been assigned a specific role as data controller and who have been given adequate operating instructions.
Within the same corporate group for contractual or accounting purposes
B. Furthermore, the data may also be transmitted to other companies of the Group, to fulfill specific legal obligations or for contractual and accounting purposes, possibly also resident outside the European Union with relationships regulated by specific model contractual clauses, as indicated by the Privacy Guarantor.
V. Transfer of data abroad and dissemination
Given the international nature of Local web’s activities, your data may be transmitted abroad and processed by subjects, in any case falling within the categories mentioned in point IV. above, located in non-EU countries for the purposes described in point II above.
Transfer abroad without communication
Given the international nature of Local web’s activities, your data may be transmitted abroad and processed by entities, in any case falling within the categories mentioned in point IV above, located in non-EU countries for the execution of instrumental activities; in this case, these entities act as data controllers and the activity is subject to specific guarantees for the protection of personal data through the adoption of model contractual clauses, as indicated by the Privacy Guarantor.

Your personal data will not be disclosed.
VI. Rights
In relation to the processing of your personal data, the Data Controller informs you that the retention period of the aforementioned data does not exceed the duration necessary to pursue the purposes for which the data are collected and subsequently processed, but no more than two months. During the processing, you may exercise, at any time, the following rights:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and, if so,
- know its content and origin,
- verify their accuracy, request the rectification of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data or the updating of obsolete data, or
- obtain the limitation of the processing, where one of the hypotheses provided for by Article 18 GDPR occurs;
- request the deletion of data processed in violation of the law, or in the presence of one of the other conditions provided for by article 17, paragraph 1, letters a), b), c), e) and f) GDPR
- to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing, or to object to the processing in the other cases provided for by Article 21, paragraphs 2 and 3 and 22 GDPR;
- to obtain the release of the personal data being processed in a format compatible with standard IT applications, to allow their transfer to other platforms of your choice, without placing obstacles to the direct transmission of the processed data to another Data Controller, where such direct transmission is technically feasible [d. right to data portability ];
Requests relating to the exercise of the aforementioned rights must be addressed to the Data Controller:

In the event of failure or partial response by the Data Controller to the aforementioned requests, you will have the right to lodge a complaint or appeal with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data within the terms and according to the methods established by the applicable European and national legislation.
